This website

These pages describe what Sogar does. They are information, not an offer: nothing here is a quotation, a price, or a commitment to take on a project. What we will do for you, and on what terms, is what we agree in writing after we have discussed it.

We try to keep these pages accurate and current. Services, and how we deliver them, change; a page that has not caught up with a change is not a promise that the old version still applies.

The portals

The client, partner and associate portals are for people we work with, and access to them is governed by the agreement between us - your client agreement, partner agreement or work order - and not by this page. Where the two differ, that agreement applies.

Sign-in details are personal to the person they were issued to. Tell us at support@thesogar.com if you believe someone else has them. Everything done in a portal is recorded against the account that did it, which is what makes the record of a project worth relying on.

What is ours

The content of this website, the Sogar name and the logo belong to us. The software behind the portals belongs to us or to our suppliers. Drawings, documents and other work produced for your project are dealt with in your agreement with us, not here.

Links to other sites

Where we link to somebody else's site, we are not responsible for what is on it.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on this website alone - the work we do for you is covered by your agreement with us, which is where the obligations and the limits on them are set out.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kerala have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
