About Sogar
Sogar is a project management and business network company. We do not employ every architect, engineer and supervisor a building needs - we select them, appoint them, supervise them and answer for the result, so that one company is accountable for the whole of your project.
What that means in practice
A building needs an architect, a structural engineer, services engineers, an estimator, people who know what each authority wants on a drawing, a supervisor who will actually be on site, and contractors who will turn up. Most of them are excellent and none of them work for each other.
The usual result is that the client becomes the coordinator - holding six phone numbers, three versions of a drawing and no way to tell whether the thing that was promised last month happened. It is the hardest job on the project and it is given to the person least equipped to do it.
Sogar takes that job. We select the professionals, appoint them under our own terms, coordinate their work, supervise the site and report to you. You have one relationship and one company to hold to account.
How we work

One company is accountable
You have one relationship, with us. The architect, the structural engineer, the estimator and the contractor are appointed by Sogar, work to our instructions and are paid by us. Their coordination is our problem, not yours.
The record is the work
Every drawing revision, approval, site visit, finding and invoice is recorded as it happens, in the system we run the company on. Your portal shows you that record - not a report written about it afterwards, when the details have softened.
We choose the professionals
We keep a network of architects, engineers, estimators, supervisors and contractors, and we choose from it for each project on service, location, capability, current workload and how they have performed for us before. It is a decision we make and stand behind - not one we hand to you with a directory.
Introductions are honoured
When a partner brings us a client, that introduction is recorded permanently and their commission follows from it. It cannot be reassigned quietly, and they can see its status without having to ask us.
Bad news travels early
A delay, a cost change or a failed inspection is raised with you when it appears. It is the least comfortable thing in this list and the one that matters most on a building site, where a problem hidden for a fortnight is a problem that has been built over.
