You tell us about the project
Directly, or through a business partner who introduces you. Either way the conversation that follows is with Sogar - we own the relationship from that point and it does not get passed around.
We understand it before we price it
A conversation, the land and its status, what you want built and what you want it to cost. A site visit where one is useful. This is the step that decides whether we are the right company for the project, and we will say so if we are not.
A scope, a programme and a cost
What will be done, in what order, by when, and for what. Written down, so there is one version of the agreement rather than a memory of a conversation.

We appoint the professionals
Architects, structural and services engineers, estimators, supervisors, contractors - selected from our network for this project, and appointed by Sogar under our terms. You do not manage them, chase them or pay them. We do.
You get: One company accountable for all of them
The work is supervised, not just scheduled
Sogar visits the site on a schedule and records what is there against what was approved, with photographs. Anything that is not right becomes a correction with a date on it, and it is closed when it has been seen again - not when it has been promised.
You get: Site reports, findings and their corrections
You can see all of it, whenever you want
Your client portal carries the progress, the approved drawings and documents, the approvals waiting on you, and every invoice and receipt. It is the same record we work from, not a summary written for you afterwards.
You get: Your own portal, from day one
Handover, with the paperwork
The completed work, the approved document set, the statutory permissions and the final account. The things that are hard to reassemble two years later, assembled now.

Where the professionals come from
Sogar keeps a network of architects, engineers, estimators, supervisors and contractors.
For each project we choose from it on service, location, capability, current workload and how the firm has performed for us before. That choice is made by Sogar and we stand behind it - you are not asked to pick from a directory, compare quotes or chase anyone.
Each firm is appointed under a work order with a written scope, defined deliverables and dates. Their work is reviewed by us before it reaches you, and their record with us - what they delivered, when, and how it stood up on site - follows them into the next project.
